The Trails are situated at Avianto Clubhouse in Muldersdrift. Come and enjoy a fantastic ride in the Muldersdrift countryside. The trails feature a beginner green loop which is 6km long and consists of mostly jeep track and dirt roads offering a great introduction to mountain biking.
The blue intermediate loop is just over 19km and features some challenging sections with single-track and tougher climbs. Off the blue loop riders have the option of taking the more advance black sections which are built for skilled riders. The blue trail features some an old train track and tunnel which is a great feature in the trail. Testing route, don’t be fooled by the relatively short distance, it is a testing “real” mtb trail that will test your skills and fitness levels. New blue and black sections are continually added to the trails.
Total Trail network - 35km
Route options:
• 2.5km red kiddie’s loop – doesn’t cross any roads, is an easy Jeep track which is easily manageable by kiddies.
• 6km white loop – more advanced than the kiddie’s loop but keeps to wider roads and jeep track, suitable for beginners.
• 12km green route east or west – mirrors the blue route but makes use of easier trail diversions when the going gets tough.
• 17km blue route east – for intermediate level mountain bikers.
• 18km blue route west – for intermediate level mountain bikers.
• Black Loop – these peel off from the blue route and add advanced sections as well as more distance to the blue route.
These routes are for advanced riders only and you ride this route at your own risk.Best suited for: Beginner, Intermediate and Experienced riders.
Local Tip: Different options according to skills and fitness levels are offered: the white and green loops for beginners, an excellent introduction to mountain biking, and add blue loops as skill levels and fitness increase.

Operating Hours: Avianto clubhouse is open from 6:00 to 14:00 on weekends and public holiday. After hours and during the week both riders and runners can purchase their trail bands from the Avianto Main reception on the other side of the river from the clubhouse.
